Quality education is an intangible concept universities are trying to make tangible for credibility. Studies done have found that the quality education has boarders that allow for its measurement (Haseena V. A, Ajims P. M. 2015), and the inputs into the quality program positively affect the likelihood students feel they have gotten a quality education from tertiary institutes.
The context provided from the studies on quality education, South African economics and the student-answered questionnaire highlight a part of tertiary education - that acts as a stepping stone for the new graduates - that resembles a void. 

In high-school students get specialized psychologists to help guide the direction of tertiary studies, and by the end of matric, students get additional information, visits from universities and open-days to further accommodate the correct choice students make. This is the high-school-to-university stepping stone.

If South Africa has the ability to create well-educated and quality graduates - it also means South Africa has the potential to become a better country as a whole with the correct management and investments from outside investors.
The plan is to get the Government to join LinkedIn and form a proper evidence-based proposal to showcase the potential of South Africa. The proof of concept would entice investors to continue investing in South Africa.

Overall the plan would improve South Africans' lives, create more jobs and improving international relationships.
